- Expert in the WW program, tools, and offerings is an asset

- Use effective questioning to properly answer member questions
- Passionate about providing excellent member service
- Excellent communicator with superior attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong written skills in English and French
- A quiet, secluded area to work from home
- A minimum of 12 hours of availability each week including weekend shifts
- Must be prepared to share in the overall team rotation which can, regularly and/or periodically, include working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum Intel i3 (5th generation) or AMD FX-4350 (Recommended: Intel i5 or i7 (5th generation) - or AMD Ryzen 2000-series)

At least 8GB of RAM

Virus and spyware protection software and a working firewall. Windows Firewall/Defender is permitted, however you may be required to purchase additional spyware software.

You may be required to download software programs such as WinZip, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Citrix Receiver, and AppGate SDP.

A Search Engine must be downloaded. Google Chrome is recommended however use of Firefox, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer is permitted.

High Speed Internet Connection

You must have access to a high speed internet connection while performing the duties associated with an Integrated Support Agent.

A wired connection to the modem/router is preferred and recommended. DSL and cable and wireless are allowed. Dial-up Internet connection is not permitted.

You must have a minimum bandwidth of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload and a ping of 50 ms or lower.

**Other important information**:
Agents must commit to work one shift during the weekend either Saturday or Sunday.
- Agents must be able to commit to work 4 set shifts of 3 hours each per week.
