**About the Role**

At NFP, An Aon Company, we are currently looking for a sales coordinator who will support our inside sales team and assist them with their daily activities. You will have the opportunity to assist brokers and leaders and contribute to the team's overall success.

**What You’ll Do**
- Primary support function would be to support inside sales.
- Assist the sales team with daily activities.
- Identify opportunities within current book of business and look for potential upsell.
- Handle initial reach out to clients for their opportunities.
- Review the client file and prepare sales packages for the advisors meetings.
- Sit in on calls with the advisors and assist in taking down next meeting notes and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill meeting next steps where necessary.
- Handle follow ups with the clients post meeting.
- Manage sales documentations (meeting notes, proposals, relevant documents).
- Handle scheduling/coordinating meeting dates/times for clients and advisors from time to time.
- Provide tools and resources to help the sales team succeed.
- Communicate sales team goals and provide updates to leadership on where current pipeline items are.
- Participate in sales strategy sessions and provide feedback/idea.
- Support ongoing sales initiatives.
- Work on ad hoc projects/sales initiatives and events as they arise.
- Required to sell travel policies that generate within our existing client base.
- Required to explore and sell individual benefit solutions for referrals or from within our existing client base.

**What You Bring**
- Role requires an active LLQP
- Keep license in active standing and complete requirements to do so (CE credits)
- MS Office Experience
- Insurance experience would be considered an asset
- Outstanding people skills
- Strong Attention to detail
