Accountabilities include:

- Cooking of food items in each of the following stations: Salad, Sushi, Fryer, Grill, and Stove.
- Preparation of food items including sauces, salads, garnishes, proteins, and starches
- Plate presentation in all areas: salads, appetizers, sides, entrees, and desserts.
- Positive communications and the ability to demonstrate positive qualities in a highly stressful team environment.
- Setup, takedown, and continued cleanliness of the kitchen line in all areas.
- Following established procedures and standards for cooking with deep fryer, ovens, sauté stations, grills, and sous vide.
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
