MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out the cleaning, waste pick-up, recycling pick-up, and up-keeping of all paved, asphalted and concrete poured pathways, sidewalks, staircases, roads, and terraces.-
- Is knowledgeable and capable of properly working and maintaining all Grounds relating tools, equipment and accessories. Poses good intellectual and communication skills enabling the individual to facilitate all tasks and responsibilities when working within a team of unionized employees.- Completes daily time tickets.- Reports to the immediate Supervisor all abnormalities relating to tools, equipment and campus grounds.- The above mentioned list of duties and responsibilities is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which are performed by an employee matched to this generic job description.

Education and Experience:
Driver’s license class 5

Safety Card

Minimum 12 months related experience
