**Responsibilities**:

- Verify the accuracy of invoices and enter manually
- Process invoices into Open Invoice
- Resolving billing errors and handling all billing queries from clients
- Data Entry
- Maintain confidential client files
- Other administrative responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience working in an Invoicing capacity
- Experience in Open Invoice and Oracle is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience using Ariba and Cortex would be well-regarded
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication skills will be utilized to interact with vendors, and respond to all inquiries
