The Shift Lead, NAV Operations is accountable and responsible for real time floor supervision of the 24/7/365 8-1-1 contact center, a high volume multi site tele-health services that provides health information and client care escalation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact centre environment.

**About this Position**:
This position has full time on-site requirements.
There are currently both full-time and part-time positions. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
This position can be based in any of the following Ministry of Health offices: Langley and Burnaby.
