**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Curriculum: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum for the recreation therapy aide training program, including lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools.

2. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, covering topics such as therapeutic techniques, patient assessment, activity planning, documentation, and safety protocols.

3. Demonstrate Techniques: Teach students various recreation therapy techniques and interventions through practical demonstrations, role-playing exercises, and case studies.

4. Provide Individualized Instruction: Assess each student's learning needs and provide personalized instruction to help them grasp concepts and skills effectively.
