With customer service, safety, and quality at the top of mind, we are always looking to add to our team.**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- If you enjoy taking great care of customers and don’t mind being out in all kinds of weather, then we can’t wait to talk to you We are looking for a Gas Bar Supervisor to be responsible for the achievement of planned sales and gross margin results, as well as image and housekeeping standards within a safe and secure working environment.- In this role you will:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the gas station.
- Manage staff and assigned duties.
- Hire, train and develop high caliber staff.
- Create and maintain employee schedules.
- Review and maintain inventory.
- Perform cashier and attendant duties when necessary, including pumping gas, filling propane tanks and washing windshields.
- Clean and perform maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors.
- Resolve customer and employee issues.
- We will provide the necessary training and certifications to help you to be successful.

- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control techniques.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable to work in all kinds of weather conditions.
- Exceptional conflict resolution.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
