- **Provide vision, leadership and strategic direction for Analytics across Canadian Business Banking (CBB), especially around the use of data and advanced analytics to transform the business for the future.**
- **Actively work with the business to identify AI use cases, in order to enhance productivity and efficiency**
- **Manage relationships with CBB partners and other key internal and external partners (Data as a Service(DaaS), Control Partners, Data Risk Management(DRM), Data Owners, Model Validation etc.)**
- **Identify, prioritize and lead Data and Analytics delivery for CBB, engaging other Enterprise Data & Analytic(ED&A) teams (Practices and Centers of Excellence (CoE)) as needed, influencing prioritization at the ED&A level**
- **Continuously evaluate team roles, responsibilities, structure, and interaction model to identify efficiencies in delivering value to the business**
- **Deliver annual analytics plan linked to business imperatives and objectives and key Results(OKRs), covering both journey and non-journey work**
- **Develop a deep understanding of CBB customers and data to identify new analytics opportunities aligned with the CBB OKRs.**
- **Mature analytical thinking within CBB to enhance capabilities and deliver value to CBB through transformative programs.**
- **Attract, develop, motivate and retain high quality talent to deliver business objectives. Create and sustain a high performing inclusive culture**
- **Operate within TD's risk appetite & regulatory expectations**
- **Attest to the adherence of analytics practices to defined governance principles**

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements/Accreditations**:

- **Post Secondary/Masters in quantitative discipline, science, engineering or business/finance is preferred.**
