**Gestionnaire Marketing produit,** qui travaillera en collaboration avec
_la vice-présidente chargée du marketing_ afin de poursuivre le succès de la solution d’éclairage intelligent DEL de Sollum dans le secteur de
_l’horticulture_.

**Ta mission, si tu lacceptes ?**
**Créer de la demande pour notre solution d’éclairage intelligent DEL grâce à un positionnement clair et des programmes marketing efficaces qui permettront de générer des revenus.***:
**Ton quotidien**:

- En collaboration avec la vice-présidente du marketing, élaborer et mettre en place des stratégies et des campagnes qui favorisent l’acquisition et la rétention des clients.
- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles afin d’identifier les tendances, les besoins des clients et les possibilités de différenciation des produits.
- Gérer les lancements de produits.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de vente et développer des outils de vente/promotion (tels que des livres blancs, des études de cas, des outils qui communiquent efficacement les avantages de notre solution).
- Analyser et présenter les indicateurs de performance, y compris la génération de prospects, les coûts dacquisition des clients et la croissance du chiffre daffaires.
- Gérer le budget pour assurer le meilleur retour sur investissement.
- Restez au fait des dernières tendances du secteur.

**Les tâches transversales incluent**:

- En collaboration avec le gestionnaire des communications, développer un positionnement de notre solution/produits et des messages qui s’adressent aux publics cibles et communiquent clairement les avantages de notre solution d’éclairage intelligent DEL (les luminaires, la plateforme infonuagique Le Soleil à votre ServiceMC ainsi que le support de nos équipes).
- Élaborer et réaliser des campagnes afin de soutenir la demande, y compris campagnes de courriels, marketing de contenu, médias payants et médias sociaux.
- Toutes autres tâches et responsabilités assignées en fonction des besoins.

**Ce qu’il te faut pour te joindre à notre famille**:

- Au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, en développement commercial ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou une autre formation pertinente.
- Une expérience dans un environnement marketing B2B est indispensable.
- Une bonne connaissance des programmes de marketing numérique et de Zoho est indispensable.
- Une expérience dans lindustrie horticole est un plus.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale (en français et en anglais).
- Expérience démontrée dans le développement et lexécution de stratégies et de campagnes GTM réussies.
- Esprit analytique, capacité danalyser des données, de prendre des décisions et de rendre compte des résultats.
- Bonne formation technique, ouverture à la collaboration avec les ingénieurs et capacité à traduire la vision technologique en opportunités commerciales.
- Expérience des canaux de marketing numérique, y compris les médias sociaux, les envois courriel et le SEO/SEM.
- Solide expérience en gestion de projets.
