**WATFORD**

**location **on our day shift (Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm).

**This position is straight days -**
**no weekends**
**or rotating shifts**

**Rate of Pay**:
**$18.50 to start. Benefits and Retirement Savings Program after 3 month probationary period.**
- Be able to work in a very fast paced manufacturing environment
- Must have demonstrated a history of excellent attendance, be dependable and reliable
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Able to take initiative in providing suggestions to improve efficiency & output as well as ensuring 5S practices are met
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment
- Previous automotive plant experience considered an asset
- Able to maintain accuracy and be detail oriented
