**Position Summary**

Join us in shaping the future of Divine As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our brand and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Collaborating with elite home builders, designers, and developers, you will help transform their visions into reality. This is not just any sales position; it’s a unique opportunity to be part of something extraordinary—an invitation to the forefront of the flooring industry where your contributions will make a significant impact.

**What You’ll Do**
- Discover new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct on-site measures and provide detailed estimates, ensuring every client feels valued and informed.
- Collaborate with our estimating team to prepare detailed tenders for new construction multifamily and single-family projects, presenting them to home builders, designers, and developers while leveraging our extensive resources and industry expertise.
- Build strong relationships with top-tier home builders, designers, and developers, supporting them from the planning phase through to the final installation—witnessing their dream projects come to life
- Assist clients in our showroom by sharing your expert product knowledge and helping them navigate their options.
- Foster a network of referrals to generate new sales opportunities, continuously prospecting in all target markets.
- Engage in strategic discussions with senior leaders to enhance your professional growth and contribute to our sales strategies.
