Overview

In support of delivering on our Customer Promise, the **Inventory Control Specialist **will reconcile inventory with 3rd party Distribution Centers, record inventory transactions, review warehouse invoices, inventory system maintenance, and various reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Strive to follow efficient and accurate inventory management procedures
- Ensure all inventory transactions at all 3rd Party Warehouses are recorded on SAP in a timely manner, and resolve root causes of issues with Inventory at 3PLs
- Reconcile inventory on a regular basis as determined by Manager.
- Record inventory transactions in SAP.
- Review, reconcile and resolve discrepancies in SAP system error report.
- Build and maintain Inventory Aging reports.
- Produce Inventory Hold report.
- Prepare various daily and weekly reports as needed.
- Perform other related duties as indicated by Manager.
- Support to the IT and SAP teams for new 3rd party warehouse setups on SAP
- Support to the WonderBrands Fresh Business with processing transactions from the ELM System (I think this description is too specific)
- Business user support to the Shipping/Receiving teams at the Wonderbrands DC’s

**Requirements**:

- Two (2) years of related inventory experience and knowledge of distribution procedures and methods.
- Post-Secondary Education from an accredited institution.
- SAP system mastery including use of query tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong understanding of Excel.
- Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of self-motivation, set priorities within established guidelines and work independently.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in an environment that values cross-functional cooperation.
- This position may also include periodic overtime work as requested by Manager
