As an Operations Manager, you will be creating estimates for repairs, communicating directly with customers and managing their needs/expectations, as well as supporting the staff.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
- Schedule/create service and repair appointments.
- Manage completion timelines with the customer and staff/back shop
- Act as liaison between customers, technicians, appraisers, and adjusters.
- Manage the status of work orders.
- Operate computerized work order systems on auto software
- At times, accompany customers to collision reporting centres.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and understanding of all automobile components.
- Attention to detail is very important.
- Advanced math and keyboarding skills.
- Valid driver's licence in Ontario.
- Some heavy lifting of auto parts when they are delivered.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
