**_Your new role will be_**

As an Optimization Services Specialist your mission is to empower & drive service centers for their sales of optimization products and services. You shall achieve this by evaluating potential savings through various measurements and sharing effective and best fit investment proposals.

The Optimization Services Specialist is playing a key role in technical implementation, execution and reporting of Optimization Solutions (Air Audits, Compressed air network, Optimization products, Energy recovery solutions, etc ) in the Canadian Market.

This position reports to the Vice-President CTS-Operations and Technical Support and is based in Montreal, Mississauga or Edmonton.

**_The main activities you’ll take care of _**
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the Services Optimization solutions product portfolio.
- Deliver to customers high-quality, detailed Optimization reports based on onsite measurements and customer-provided information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the Optimization projects.
- Monitor and report progress of the projects against development timeline targets
- Oversee daily coordination with Operations and Planning teams using the centralized CRM tool.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Product Companies, ACA divisions, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and the Service department, to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide training to field Technicians and other teams as needed.
- Manage and maintain the Optimization and Air Audit tools, ensuring their effective management and functionality.

**_What will help you succeed in your new role_**
- Your minimum of 3 years of experience in compressors or energy audits, with strong technical expertise.
- Your In-depth knowledge of compressed air systems and related technical equipment.
- Your university degree in Engineering would be an asset.
- Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English* - Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
- Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Your strong organizational abilities and collaborative teamwork skills
- Your ability to work independently, be proactive and results-oriented
- _Fluency in English is required to communicate with colleagues and customers outside of Quebec._
