**(Short-term contract to July 31, 2025)**

ISANS is seeking a full-time **Supervisor, Administration, Language Services,** To provide administrative leadership to the programs and services in the team, supervising daily support operations and planning efficient administrative procedures. Reporting to the Manager, Language Services, this position will be responsible for:

- Supporting the effective and efficient administration of team programs, services, and activities by providing administrative leadership to the team manager and staff
- Training and supervising program assistants
- Assisting in interviewing, orientation and training of new staff
- Liaising with P&C around staff contracts and onboarding of new staff
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, and developing ways to streamline processes
- Creating and maintaining administrative processes for organizing and compiling the information required for accurate and timely reporting, and evaluation of team services and programs
- Supervising the recording, processing and storing of documents/data in accordance with established procedures
- Preparing regular statistical reports related to team programs, services, and activities
- Assisting in the development and implementation of a process to track outcomes
- Assisting with the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures for administrative purposes
- Liaising with other teams
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and instructional resources, and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Organizing and supervising other office activities (recycling, event planning, etc.)
- Maintain a monthly calendar for staff with input/coordination from team
- Developing a thorough understanding of team programs, services, activities, and relevant databases
- Signing expenses/timesheets for team members
- Providing assistance and support to the manager and filing in for Manager in regard to program and staff issues when away

**Education**:

- Bachelor of business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted

**Experience**:

- Experience in administrative management
- Experience supervising others
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating programs or projects
- Experience with computer programs and databases; data input, queries, generating/developing reports, spreadsheets, presentation documents
- Experience with project management an asset

**Knowledge**:
