**Job description**

We are looking for motivated and positive individuals who are interested in being part of a growing company that rewards for entrepreneurial, customer oriented, and hands on work.

Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed are fundamental requirements for the available positions. This company is made up of the employees, who share the common goal of growing together with the business.

We have positions available for Subcontractors and Handyman.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to use a variety of power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Knowledge of home repairs and construction is a requirement. Some aspects can be taught but a background in home repairs and general tool use is an asset and will be reflected in pay scale.

We are offering the ability to learn the trades, as well as the ability to be in charge of your own business.

**Duties**:
Drywalling, tiling, flooring, demolition, kitchen and bath installations, trim installations, painting, door installations and general handyman work.
Seasonal work available now which includes but not limited to landscaping, fence building, patio building, driveway widening and building outdoor stairs.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Residential Renovation: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
