We are currently seeking an **Summer Student** to help with office work and reception dutiesto join our St. Bruno team.

**Here are some of the things our Summer Student will do**:

- Reception
- Filing
- Assisting our Office Admin, Inside Sales Team and Production Team
- Translation of documents and communications
- Purchasing of office and shop floor supplies
- Receive and enter vendor and internal Packing Slips
- Process Payables, receivables and petty cash
- Add new vendors in system

- A recent grad, university or college student looking to earn some extra money this summer while gaining some valauable office experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to adapt on the fly and have a "get stuff done" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively be a member of a team.
- Manage multiple priorities in an often fast-paced environment.
- Work with autonomy and a sense of initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in **both** English and French.
