Position Overview:
The Products and Services Sales Manager is the senior customer facing position for the sales and marketing team, and has overall profit and growth responsibility for parts and service, as well as customer satisfaction, employee engagement; and provides leadership and support. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
**Job Description**:
- Strategic management of all aspects of the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
- Maintain close and open working relationships with branch and regional operational managers to support customer satisfaction.
- Timely and appropriate communication of competitive information, product changes, and product health and safety issues.
- Develop customer relationship management strategies utilizing the technology of SalesLink.
- Identify customer new opportunities.
- Meet revenue, expense and profitability targets.
- Lead and support health and safety initiatives.
- Strategic development of customer relationships.
- Represent the Company in a professional and ethical manner.
Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive strategic or management experience
- Strong presentation, leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound knowledge of products and services related to the assigned industry
