- As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable **full-time **Regulatory Reporting Manager** **supporting our **London Administration **location.- This role is responsible for accurate and timely external financial regulatory reporting, including all reporting to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario [FSRA] related to credit union operations and pension.- The Regulatory Reporting Manager is the primary contact for FSRA filing questions, monitors changes to FSRA regulations and Rules to ensure Libro can meet all reporting needs, and acts as a data steward for financial regulatory data. The Regulatory Reporting Manager has deep understanding of regulator capital requirements and Libro’s financial operations to complete key regulatory capital assessments including ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment), recovery planning and any ad hoc regulatory requests.- This position is eligible for Libro’s work from home program.- The **_Epic Human_** we are looking for will;- Thorough understanding of FSRA regulations to ensure compliance and consistency of reporting to regulators, including working knowledge of all capital and liquidity calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain accurate and timely filings with other regulators, including CMHC, Sagen, StatsCan, etc.
- Maintain understanding of Libro’s financial operations and transactions to ensure results and transactions are accurately reflected in routine reporting.
- Research and recommend data and reporting tools to create efficient reporting practices.
- Maintain internal controls over the financial reporting process, including quality control assessments over all submitted filings.
- Manage follow up from regulator on any reporting concerns and audits.
- Prepare the annual Recovery Plan analysis in compliance with FSRAO Guidance, including required scenario analysis, stress testing and assessment of capital and liquidity lever readiness. Provide conclusions and assessments to senior leadership and recommendations for change where applicable.
- Research best practices and recommend updates to annual ICAAP and Recovery plan assessments as required.
- Perform impact assessments of new regulatory rules and consultations to determine impact to key regulatory ratios.
- Analyse regulatory reporting data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to maintain efficiency capital ratios.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other members of the Finance team on regulatory requirements and updates.
- Oversee pension administration requirements including regulatory filings, compliance with pension governance framework and regulatory requirements.
