Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two Payroll Analysts on a temporary basis (up to 18 months) at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- You will provide functional support for planning, coordination, and management of payroll administration. This includes, responding to inquiries, identifying and resolving problems within Oracle payroll and inbound and outbound data transfer issues, supporting the creation and maintenance of new payroll elements, processing mass payments and electronic funds transfers.
- You will support the development and maintenance of functional specifications pertaining to any payroll changes to new and existing requirements. This includes creating and updating operating and training manuals and communicating system changes and upgrades to end users in a timely manner.
- You will create and maintain user defined tables that house the information that supports the administration of payroll.
- You will contribute to the development of statistical and operational reports for core time and attendance and payroll functions.
- You will perform payroll corrections and ensuring that all payroll processes and practices meet payroll regulatory requirements.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting or relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer support on payroll Systems. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- You’re familiar with Oracle payroll and Kronos is an asset and have knowledge of General Ledger and Payroll Accounting.
- You ideally have a Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification as this is considered an asset but not required.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
