- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment **Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team and positive attitude**:
- Be profit minded - ability to maintain labour costs, cost menus and oversee expenditures
**Daily duties to include**:
- Ensure the consistency and high quality in the preparation of all food
- Actively participate in scheduling, staffing, payroll, training of employees
- Conduct daily shift briefings to kitchen team and FOH colleagues
- Communicate daily with FOH regarding service and guest feedback.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
- Maintain inventory and ordering guidelines
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
