Experience with practicums, capstone courses, practical laboratories, research-oriented projects will be an asset.

Demonstrated ability to employ varied teaching strategies and approaches in classroom and practical settings, experience with web-based Learning Management Systems (e.g. moodle, eClass) and experience with differential teaching formats including in-classroom, remote learning, online learning and hybrid teaching is an asset.

- NUFS 250 - Applied Food Theory
