**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering retail and industrial customer inquiries by phone or electronically.
- Process customer orders, and address their feedback.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory and perform general office duties as required.
- Assist in recommending products and solutions to meet customer’s needs and expectations.
- Entering orders and maintaining records in our POS system, as well as issue customer receipts.
- Coordinate customer and potential customer needs and expectations with sales reps, warehouse staff and manufacturing;
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is a must
- High level of commitment and organization
- Ability to manage requests and revisions from various sources
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks
- Able to do heavy lifting up to 60 lb regularly
- Current forklift license is an asset
- Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with customers and team members
