Sous l’autorité du responsable Compass sur place, le concierge d’entreprise est chargé de créer une atmosphère chaleureuse, accueillante et professionnelle pour tous les clients, cadres et membres du personnel d’une entreprise de technologie et de conseil de premier plan au centre-ville de Montréal, au Québec.

Si vous souhaitez nous rejoindre en tant que **concierge d’entreprise**, vous serez appelé à accomplir les tâches suivantes:

- Réserver un accueil chaleureux à tous les visiteurs et employés de bureau, et être attentif à leurs besoins
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes en charge des installations, de la technologie locale et des autres services afin de garantir une expérience sans faille pour chaque client
- Communiquer des informations sur le bureau, l’immeuble, les environs, les transports, les restaurants locaux et autres points d’intérêt
- Communication hebdomadaire et quotidienne avec toute l’équipe de travail
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des systèmes de télécommunication et gérer les appels entrants
- Réassortir les fournitures et produits consommables
- Suivre les directives de sécurité, d’incendie, de santé et de sécurité
- Interagir avec des fournisseurs tiers
- Gérer l’accès des employés et des visiteurs au bureau et au bâtiment
- Aider à la préparation des salles et répondre aux demandes de service traiteur
- Faire les ouvertures et les fermetures
- Répondre aux demandes de courrier et de service de messagerie, le cas échéant
- Venir en renfort des autres équipes, selon les besoins
- Effectuer de menues tâches d’entretien ménager, le cas échéant
- Un diplôme ou une expérience de travail dans un établissement de luxe constituera un atout majeur - entreprises, restaurants ou hôtels
- Excellentes compétences à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Esprit d’analyse, esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à établir des priorités, à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter des échéances
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour ce qui est du service à la clientèle, désir d’apprendre et polyvalence
- La préférence sera donnée à un profil technique ayant une bonne connaissance des systèmes bureautiques et du matériel informatique
- Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 14kg
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
