**About Us**:
101 Doors and Windows is a locally owned and operated company with a strong family atmosphere. We are currently looking for a skilled Wood Door Speciclist who can support our **production facility**. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

**Position Overview**:
As the Wood Dood **Production Specialist**, you will be responsible for leading installation projects and assisting in our production facility. Your role will involve assembling, building, and fabricating various wooden components, with a strong emphasis on precision and finish carpentry skills. A background in woodworking, particularly finish carpentry, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring top-quality finishes and efficient project completion
- Assemble and fabricate wooden components with a focus on precise, high-quality craftsmanship
- Perform finish carpentry work, including trimming, fitting, and ensuring smooth finishes on doors and windows
- Support the production team in maintaining workflow and meeting deadlines
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production and installation process

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in woodworking and finish carpentry
- Strong ability to work with wood, ensuring precise and smooth finishes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
