Are you an experienced Litigation Law Clerk with a deep understanding of civil law procedures? If so, we want you to be a part of our legal team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage civil law matters assigned by the lawyers.
- Maintain scheduling, calendars, and deadlines.
- Draft various legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, orders, agreements, and more.
- File court documents.
- Handle additional administrative duties such as client intake, photocopying, and filing.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in civil litigation law.
- Profound understanding of civil rules of procedures, and practice management.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical organizational, grammar, and communication skills.
**Salary commensurate with experience and skills.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
