- In this role, you will:_
- Develop key differentiators and Capture / Bid Strategy
- Develop and implement Capture Plans. This will involve:

- Lead and co-ordinate customer interfaces (Intelligence gathering and influencing), attending meetings, conferences & exhibitions as required by the Capture Plans
- Develop Pwin measures and strategies to improve competitive positions
- Undertake competitive analysis and resulting plans to improve Babcock’s competitive positioning
- Develop and implement Stakeholder Management plans (Internal & External)
- Create Make / Buy / Partnering strategies
- Support Winning Price Development
- Develop strategic Communications analysis and develop plans for Government Relations and Key Customer / stakeholder engagements
- Initiate and co-ordinate marketing & communications campaigns associated wit major Captures / Campaigns
- Capture Cost / Budget & Schedule Management (Set, Monitor, control)
- Calculate Risk & Opportunity Management (costed)
- Provide Co-ordination of business function expertise i.e. Technical; Commercial; Financial; Legal etc
- Define and manage budgets & schedules for specific captures
- Develop resource plans and associated demand into the Growth Teams and the wider Operational organisation
- Prepare for and lead strategic reviews with senior stakeholders
- Prepare for and deliver regular reporting on Capture progress and performance
- The role will operate as part of the larger Growth Team and will also work closely with the various Lines of Business within Babcock, both in Canada and Internationally_
- 8 years of relevant experience and a key asset would be to have Knowledge and experience of Capture / Proposal techniques such as “Shipley”
- The ability to support and develop continued customer relationships
- The ability to work closely with team members and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
