**Scope of the Position**

Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Purchase material for inventory and non-stock items for customer orders
- Process purchase requisitions
- Review purchase orders and release to vendors
- Receive and track order acknolwledgement, update and maintain ETA in ERP
- Resolve errors on purchase orders as required
- Resolve purchase order descrepancies with vendors
- Prevent stock outs and expedite open purchase orders
- Assist with stock rotations
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Training**
- High School Diploma required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 1 year related experience
- Experience with ERP system preferred.
