**Responsibilities**:
As a Client Service and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay focused and on track. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering client calls, addressing inquiries, and redirecting clients to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Managing onboarding packages from new clients, updating our CRM, and following up on stagnant deals.
- Issuing purchase orders, obtaining service pricing, and maintaining communication with team members, vendors, and customers for status updates.
- Updating projects in real-time, organizing project pickup/shipping, and performing basic accounting tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Minimum of two years of previous customer-facing experience.
- Experience in a tradeshow, experiential marketing or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license (access to a vehicle preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on the seasonality of the industry.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
