**Duties**:

- The IYEC Camp Coordinator will report to the Indigenous Business & Public Administration program coordinator and be responsible for these duties:

- Plan and coordinate the camp activities for the week
- Set-up accommodations for 20 students (on-campus) and meals
- Contact parking about space for use during the week
- Work with vendors concerning lunches and nightly activities
- Create, and participate in, a weekly schedule of activities for Aug 12-16
- Contact guest speakers for the camp, book rooms at FNUniv
- Be the key contact for students, parents, and companies
- Maintain and update the camp budget
- Promote the camp to schools, youth groups and community associations
- Update marketing materials
- Develop a final report on the camp at the end of the program
- Update and maintain webpage on FNUniv website
- Job is designed to start April 15th - August 30th.
- Pay will be $23.00/hour, 35 hours a week.
- Willing to accommodate parking and daycare, as work will be on campus in Regina, can be discussed with Program Coordinator after hire.
