**Housekeeping/Guest Services (Seasonal)**

Half Moon Lake Resort located 20 minutes outside of Sherwood Park, Alberta is hiring for their 2024 summer season.

Seasonal Position runs from the end June to the September Long Weekend with some flexibility in start and end dates.

This position requires availability on all weekends and holidays during the summer months.

**Room Attendant/Campground Attendant**

As a room attendant, you will take ownership of 6 glamping tents/domes, ensuring that tour guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be part of creating a memorable experience for them.

As a campground attendant, you will be part of the guest services team, ensuring bookings and guest inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

What you will be doing
- Be friendly and welcoming with the guests
- Clean all glamping tents to standard; including making beds, dusting removing soiled linen from rooms, retrieval of clean linen from linen room, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, replenishing supplies within room, etc.
- Ensuring proper usage of all cleaning products & wearing all required personal protective equipment.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
- Responsible for restocking housekeeping carts & closet/service areas daily.
- Track and update progress throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance concerns promptly.
- Follow all resort and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols.

Assisting guest services, including,
- Assist guests with checking-in/checking out
- Make and modify campsite reservations in person and on the phone
- Collect fees
- Handle guestconcerns
- Provide information about the campground and surrounding area
- Positive attitude
- Professional yet relaxed attitude
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to learn and manage the online booking system
- Good organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
