Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment to compact soil, gravel or asphalt surfaces
- Follow project specifications and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with paving, building, and digging processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
