**Position Overview**:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll be the key to delivering a great experience for customers looking to purchase their next vehicle. You will work directly with customers, providing product knowledge, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a desire to excel in a rewarding, commission-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying their needs and recommending the best solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Sales Process**: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **Negotiate and Close Sales**: Present pricing, negotiate trade-ins, and close sales in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the management and finance teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and sales are processed smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. A background in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Self-Motivated**: Strong desire to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Customer-Centric**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer objections and find solutions that align with their needs.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.

Pay: $42,030.66-$147,602.41 per year

Additional pay:
