**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and coordinate all order outbound activities in order to meet or exceed Distribution Center (DC) objectives
- Purchase order variances research, investigations, and adjustments.
- Promote and support a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations.
- Assist in put-away of product using various warehouse equipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading truck, when necessary.
- Assist in the training of new employees and the ongoing training of existing employees to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
- Focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met.
- Communicate with team members regarding operational issues providing effective feedback
- Act as a leader and as a coach with employees by encouraging continuous improvement and supporting an inclusive work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to adapt and lead in a constantly changing environment and act as a change management leader.
- Strong leadership skills, which include the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
