Victoria

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Community Engagement and the Vice President, Marketing & Customer Experience, the Executive Assistant provides complex, diverse and confidential administrative support. You serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to the VPs, and handle details of a highly confidential and sensitive in nature including Board level material ensuring deadlines are met.

You arrange department and group meetings, speaking engagements, conferences and large functions ensuring all necessary information and support is available. You also oversee special projects, make travel arrangements, manage the office budget and ensure the office is fully briefed on emerging and on-going issues.

**Your qualifications**

You bring a wide breadth of experience as an administrative professional with a certificate, diploma or degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Office Administration & Practices or related field. You also have minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an administrative professional.

You are professional and positive, with an ability to exhibit discretion and confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills. You are highly organized with a strong commitment to customer service and a proficient team player able to work with multiple departments simultaneously. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize competing tasks appropriately.
