International FMCG PZ Cussons is currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will be an ambitious and commercially minded sales driven professional, with 2-3+ years’ experience managing an account in FMCG environment.

The Role:
A great opportunity to join this high performing, fun and energetic team - you will report to the Senior National Account Manager - Woolworths & Big W. The role is responsible for development and Woolworths Beauty and the Big W portfolios and provides administration support to the Woolworths Senior National Account Manager on the market leading Homecare portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure the achievement of Category Objectives (Financial & Market) at both brand & customer levels through the formulation & implementation of short & long-term business plans for the Woolworths Beauty and Big W Business in Australia.
- Drive the achievement of planned Gross Sales Volume, Gross Margin and CPA targets, ensuring profitable and sustained growth in accordance with business objectives & goals.
- Establish Joint Business Plans with Key External Stakeholders (Customers) including appropriate agreement on KPIs & Targets, ensuring regular review of performance.
- Ensure achievement targets by Customer, Category, Brand & Channel for Net Sales, Gross Margin, Product Ranging
- Achieve targets in customer service & demand forecasting, ensuring supply of accurate & timely forecasts for new & existing category SKUs,
- Manage all assigned budget responsibilities within approved limits, encompassing: Trade Spend, Overhead Expenses.
- In-conjunction with RGM, develop promotional programs that increase sales volumes, customer satisfaction & brand penetration in line with the approved Trade Expenditure levels.
- Provide administration support to the Woolworths Senior National Account Manager on the Woolworths Homecare portfolio

You will be a natural at relationship building, authentic and positive in everything you approach. You are likely a driven team player, competitive with yourself to continue to improve and do better next time. Being commercially astute with an excellent sales track record of execution and love of driving the numbers. You’ll do well if you are good at listening to understand the needs of your customer.

You will ideally have:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience NAM (preferably FMCG organisation or aligned industry)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing
- Strong corporate customer experience and a proven track record of over-delivering
- Superior account and project management skills
- A proven track record of delivering against stretch sales targets
- The desire and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Passion, commitment and drive to achieve results
