**Job Description** - Injectors
- Perform advanced aesthetic injections, such as PRP, dermal fillers and neuromodulators, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and goals.
- Provide recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer injections with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor client reactions and provide appropriate aftercare instructions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the aesthetic industry.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Valid certification as an Advanced Aesthetic Injector.
- Proven experience in performing aesthetic injections, including PRP, dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
- Strong sales and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and promote services.
- Knowledge of skin care and importance of skin fundamentals as the basis and foundation of aesthetics.
- Knowledge of guest services, educating clients on treatments and skincare.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide follow up care to all patients daily.
- Perform recall exercises regularly to ensure client retention.
- Team participation for the overall success of the clinic.

**Job Description** - Front Desk Reception
- Excellent communication with the ability to work in a collaborative, inter-professional setting.
- Knowledge of best practice guidelines in relation to medical aesthetics & Wellness.
- Ability to delivery exceptional client care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments.
- Ability to set priorities, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and care plans.
- Must have excellent attendance record and flexibility in work schedule.
- Ability to promote & recommend an appropriate treatment plan to deliver exceptional client care and maximize opportunities for sales and referrals.
- Ensure all client files are filled and updated with the correct information about treatment protocol, consent forms are signed, and billing sheets are filled out correctly.
- Ensure that all products and supplies are full and properly stored. That stock is organized along with brochures and all clinic requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of clinic cleanliness, ensure all work surfaces and equipment are cleaned as per safety and sanitary guidelines.
- Ensure that stock levels are maintained and recorded to ensure that the appropriate and efficient use of supplies are on hand and compile order lists.
- Have a flair for sales and dedicated to evolving with the industry.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to problems.
- Perform consultations with clients: provide recommendations and pricing for products & services; setting realistic expectations and delivering superior results.
- Contact existing, new, and potential clients regarding appointments, services, products, promotions and post-procedural follow-up.
- Prepare clients for visit and treatments by providing pre
- and post-treatment instructions, photographs, consent forms for treatment, and preparing treatment rooms.
- Manage and process client payments and check out procedures.
- Follow up phone call to all patients post procedure.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
