Collections & Litigation Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing all receivable reports to identify delinquent accounts and determine appropriate collection strategies.
- Handle escalated collection matters.
- Meet with staff to discuss goals, strategies, and progress.
- Taking a lead role in litigation matters, including drafting legal agreements and pleadings, and representing the company in Small Claims Court.
- Settling on past due accounts through negotiation and payment arrangements.
- Preparing reports for stakeholders on collection activities, progress, and outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Paralegal or Law Clerk degree considered advantageous, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Desire for recovery work and a commitment to achieving collection targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with shifting priorities and establishing a sense of urgency to high priority matters.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- A Team Player.
- Valid Driver's License (G or G2 Class Required).

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
