Reporting to Ownership, as a Interior Design Assistant you will be responsible for:
Role and Responsibilities Including the following required skills:

- Assisting the Interior Designer
- Complete exterior and interior elevation renderings
- Consults with clients to select materials based upon specifications in signed contract. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, both on-site and off-site, to discuss design options, changes, and updates.
- Create detailed change orders and review detailed drawings for design components to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Oversees the selection and installation of materials of clients specifications and/or change orders.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, production team, and trade partners to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the design center, ensuring it is well-maintained and stocked with up-to-date materials.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing outstanding customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist social media coordinator with content.

Skills and Attributes for Applicant to Possess:

- Experience in new home and renovation projects, with a keen eye for design details an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask including managing mulitple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Revit and good understanding of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BlueBeam and Sketchup considered an asset
- Interior Design Technology Diploma, Architectural Technology, or similar is preferred
