Duties include but are not limited to:
This is a high-volume client service environment providing clerical support in office and warehouse environments. You will receive, classify, and sort mail and client information. You will be required to maintain and update various databases and tracking systems. Physical effort will be required, including moving and lifting boxes.

**Intent of the process**:
The work location for this position is Victoria, BC. These positions require working in office. Remote work agreements will not be offered.

This pool could also be used to staff similar positions of various tenures within Employment and Social Development Canada in Victoria, BC.

WAITING PERIOD FOR REASSESSMENT: The retest period for this assessment is 90 days from the date of results notification.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
- A Secondary School Diploma refers to a High School Diploma.

- A degree from a recognized* post-secondary institution will be accepted in lieu of a Secondary School Diploma
