**About You**

As the **Content and Community Coordinator** at Total Life, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, fostering community engagement, and driving strategic initiatives. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work directly with senior management on special projects, gain insight into the inner workings of a start-up, and make a meaningful impact on our growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and implement content initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement.
- Lead special projects, such as ambassador programs, to expand community reach and enhance brand advocacy through compelling visual content.
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships with community organizations, influencers, and other key stakeholders, utilizing graphic design to support collaborative efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content and community initiatives align with overall business objectives, with a strong emphasis on high-quality visual content.
- Monitor social media trends and stay updated with platform algorithm changes to ensure our graphic content remains relevant and effective.
- Serve as a key liaison between the company and its community, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness, supported by engaging visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in content creation, community management, or related fields.
- Smart, intuitive, and strategic thinker with a passion for building ideas and developing processes.
- Must have proven experience with graphic design.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative background, showing a diverse skillset in creating content.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership on special projects is a plus.
- Experience working for a start-up is a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
