Duration: 1 year contract

**Your Tasks**:

- Moderation and support of workshop preparations and summaries
- Support in lean activities (e.g. execution of current-state analyses, definition improvement potential)
- Support CIP department in daily business
- Application and further development Lean Management methods in cooperation with Lean Professionals
- Support in organization and execution of Lean Management and CIP Trainings
- Execution of projects in self-responsibility

**Our Requirements**:

- Course of studies in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or comparable course studies
- Independent, flexible as well as structured work ethic
- Analytical thinking
- CIP/Lean Management knowledge and first experience prove to be an added advantage
