Flipp's Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content. These experiences help Shoppers decide what to buy and where to buy it. Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp's owned and operated channels.

As a Digital Media Specialist, you'll manage and execute digital media campaigns based on retailers' objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You'll be responsible for all aspects of campaign management, partner site communication and the delivery of results to our internal team.

**What you'll get the opportunity to do**:

- Build media plans based on partners' KPIs.
- Manage partner's budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing to retailers' objective/KPIs.
- Monitor campaigns daily to ensure they are tracking accordingly.
- Coordinate efforts across creative, content, sales and analytics team to drive business results and effectiveness.
- Create and analyze retailer reporting; this includes verifying data, creating a story with data and identifying opportunities for future improvement
- Troubleshoot campaigns, identify any issues and provide solutions.
- Improve processes and systems in order to increase the effectiveness of the execution of campaigns.
- Provide deeper context and help facilitate discussion to help the team overcome issues.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 1-2 years working in a relevant industry/position (i.e. digital media agency or news media company)
- Experience with project/process management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Growth mindset (both for yourself & your team members)
- Strong time management skills
