**Role description**:The Campervan Fleet Manager is responsible for day-to-day logistics, upkeep, light maintenance and preparation of campervans for rental trips. They help keep things running smoothly, maintain an orderly shop and work closely with Management on local company opportunities and promotion. It’s a pretty awesome “jack-of-all-trades” type role where you’ll wear many hats and be involved at the ground level of this exciting industry and company.

**Time requirement**: This is a full-time position

**Role responsibilities**:

- Working with Management and Booking Team on daily tasks and rental schedule
- Assist with preparation and coordination of rental pick ups and drop offs
- General light duty maintenance, repair and replacement of interior camperized components including heaters, roof vents, cabinetry and other items
- Coordination of off and on-site campervan repair and maintenance such as interior repairs, tire changes, body repairs
- Campervan damage documentation
- Coordinating campervan preparation and movement of vans around the city for promotions
- Working closely with Management on growing local operation, finding efficiencies, creating in-house procedures and assisting with business opportunities
- Greeting and engaging with Guests, sharing top travel tips and advice
- General cleanliness of the shop, materials sourcing and supplies management
- Engagement with local businesses or tourism agencies as needed
- Assisting with campervan detailing when needed

**Skills and key attributes**:

- General vehicle maintenance, logistics and care skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Good communication, team player, enthusiastic and a ready to exceed expectations
- Highly self directed and able to complete tasks as required with limited supervision
- Love of the outdoors, camping, and travel
- Able to drive cargo vans (10' high x 22' long) comfortably

**Experience/qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- RV/camper electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems knowledge a major asset
- Must have a full valid class 5 drivers license

**Wage expectations**:
We recognize and value industry experience and your compensation will reflect this. Wage is expected to be $26-$36/hr and will be based on years of experience and skill set.

**Employee Benefits**:
