**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct post-construction facility assessments including building condition assessments, warranty reviews, and depreciation reports-
- Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets-
- Attends meetings and document discussions-
- Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items-
- Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)-
- Manages and coordinates small and large projects-
- Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects-
- Client management-
- Mentors junior staff-
- Participates in continuing education-
- Performs various office related tasks- Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field-
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems-
- Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects-
- Project management experience-
- Ability to work in a team environment-
- Strong customer service commitment-
- Excellent communication and documentation skills-
- Professional attitude-
- Commitment to succeed-
- Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus**Job Type**:
