**JOB TITLE**: Quality Assurance Coordinator ( PM Shift )
**TIME**: 3:00 PM to 11:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular quality checks on the production floor to ensure production meets client's standards for accuracy, etc.
- Record and report on the outcomes of the quality audits to the Supervisor.
- Participate in writing and maintaining Client Specifications following quality control guidelines.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure staff are working in compliance with client expectations.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement to reduce cost and improve quality.
- Assist with the preparation of external quality audits.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the facility as well as fostering teamwork within the operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Training e-commerce distribution center's team from beginning to end, according to the client’s quality expectations and adjusting training processes based on needs.
- Creating, adapting and carrying out training programs and transmitting the correct philosophy of product care, quality, and image.
- Updating training manuals, always maintaining the client’s level of expectations.
- Responsible for creating and implementing a daily reporting system, gathering data across areas and shifts based on quality performance, error tracker, training tracker, customer claims, tidiness, and cleanliness.
- Responsible for all consumables on hand, coordinating needs, calculation and order placing.
- Contributing to building and maintaining a team that is responsible of product care and training within the distribution center.
- Responsible for total quality across all shifts, areas, and processes.
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively.

EXPERIENCE
- 3PL experience would be an asset.
- E-Commerce experience is an asset.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.
- Experience in fashion retail is a plus

EDUCATION
- College diploma in logistics management is preferred.
