Hi I’m Heidi.

I’m the Director of Demand Generation at Resolver, leading a team within marketing responsible for engaging our target audience to help grow our company. As Resolver continues to expand, we are looking to add a Demand Generation Manager to our team. By owning one of our key division’s marketing programs, you will play an important part in helping us drive awareness, engagement, and opportunities in our target markets.

**Your Day-to-Day - let’s break it down**

**Campaign Planning & Management (60%)**

**_ Measures of Success:_**_ Generating opportunities & sales pipeline, growing awareness and engagement within our target market, cost per opportunity, sales accepted leads, MQL:Opp conversion rates for division, and insights shared across the organization._
- Assist in the planning and strategy of marketing campaigns to meet our corporate pipeline objectives for the business.
- Use Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to focus on the highest priority market areas.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to divisional marketing.
- Drive alignment between sales and marketing through regular communication and collaboration with the sales team.
- Evaluate and manage potential new channels & tactics.
- Align marketing activities to divisional corporate objectives, new product launches, and targeting specific prospects.
- Organize retrospective meetings to review performance and gather learnings to improve future marketing programs.
- Own and manage a budget for channels, partners, and vendors.
- Make recommendations on areas to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

**Webinars and Events (40%)**

**_ Measures of Success:_**_ _**_Opportunity generation & influence, engagement of target accounts and key personas, registration/attendance rates, sales accepted leads from the webinar/event._
- Work closely with content marketing, product marketing, and product teams to design & execute topics for webinars and virtual events.
- Together with the product marketing team, identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts for the division.
- Setup, manage, and optimize webinars and product showcases.
- Handle project management for relevant virtual events.
- Collaborate with the sales team on organizing relevant sales follow-up for webinars and events.
- Identify new potential partners and events to reach our target audience and drive pipeline.
- Provide suggestions for improving our processes and results for webinars and events.

**People who Excel (Your Background)**:

- 5+ years experience managing marketing campaigns/events B2B companies (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of successful management of multi-channel campaigns that contribute to sales pipeline.
- Prior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience is a plus.
- Experience managing webinars & events.
- Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage workload.
- Passion for marketing and driving business results.
- Experience working with sales team.
- Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
