Joining one of Canada’s top-ranked insurance companies you will promote iA Insurance products and offerings to Independent Financial Advisors through the Brokerage Network. In collaboration with your team of Insurance sales directors, you will build effective business relationships with advisors to guild and execute on sales needs.

**SALES DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES**:

- Deliver sales growth by expanding advisor awareness to IA’s life insurance product offering and industry leading ease of doing business processes
- Educate advisors through group and individual training on iA life insurance products, sales concepts, illustration software, and required documents.
- Solicit new business and establish relationships with independent financial advisors
- Regular cadence of contact with marketing teams, maintaining brand relevance and awareness.
- Work in conjunction with your Sales Director in the creation and execution of presentations, both for face to face and virtual
- Attendance at planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events. Occasionally during evening and weekend hours.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance industry/ brokerage environment.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language is an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma is an asset.
- CLU, CFP, CHS or other industry related designations would be an asset.
- Competency in insurance product knowledge, tools and concepts.
- Exceptional ability to lead, teach, coach, and motivate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people. Able to influence and motivate our business partners.
- Superior organization and planning skills with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
