EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER

Join our team of dedicated individuals working as a full-time Project Manager for a successful commercial landscape construction company.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple landscape projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Generate and deliver detailed project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates.
- Anticipate potential project problems and develop creative solutions.
- Maintain effective communication, provide direction, and coordinate efforts with coworkers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, municipalities, and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant health and safety practices.
- Regular site visits required to ensure progress.
- Assist with determining and defining the scope of work for large-scale commercial landscape construction projects.
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and calculate takeoffs of all labour, equipment, and materials required as per project specifications and drawings.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents using Bids & Tenders and preparation of prequalification documents.
- Assist with preparing purchase orders in detail for all materials and subcontractors.
- Work Schedule is Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- College Diploma/University Degree required.
- Ability to work under pressure and proactively problem solve.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore).
- Experience with CAD or Bluebeam is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid G Driver’s License.
- A minimum of three years of experience in extensive project management, preferably within the landscape or construction industries.

Pay: $100,000.00-$195,000.00 per year
